Electrical Repair Tech is an independent electric motor repair shop serving Erie County and the surrounding region.
Our Story
Electrical Repair Tech was founded on a simple frustration: too many failed motors were being thrown away, and too many repairs were coming back. We opened the shop at 922 Bacon St, Erie, PA 16511 to do the work the way it should be done — full teardown, real testing, documented results.
Today we rewind stators, rebuild armatures, machine shafts and housings, replace bearings with proper interference fits, and dynamically balance rotating assemblies for manufacturers, contractors, farms, marinas and homeowners across Northwest Pennsylvania.
Our name says what we do and our tagline says how we do it: Repair. Restore. Power On.

How We Work
Measured, Not Guessed
Fits, clearances and balance tolerances are measured and recorded. If a number is out of spec, we correct it instead of assembling around it.
Honest Repair-or-Replace
When a rewind costs more than a new motor is worth, we say so and help you source a replacement.
