Shipping & Delivery Policy

Equipment can be dropped off and collected at our shop, 922 Bacon St, Erie, PA 16511, during business hours. After-hours drop-off can be arranged by phone for emergency jobs.

We offer local pickup and delivery within Erie County and nearby areas, subject to scheduling and unit size. Charges are quoted in advance based on distance, weight and handling requirements. Someone must be available to assist with loading heavy units.

Customers outside our local area may ship motors to our Erie address. Please contact us before shipping so we can advise on packaging and expect the delivery. Motors must be drained of oil and fluids, secured on a pallet where appropriate, and packaged to withstand freight handling. Include your name, phone number and a description of the fault inside the package.

Inbound shipping costs and insurance are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for damage occurring in transit to our shop.

Return shipping and freight are quoted separately and are payable before dispatch unless credit terms apply. We can ship via your preferred carrier or account. Declared value insurance is added at the customer’s request and cost; without it, carrier default liability limits apply.

Repairs are dispatched once payment has cleared and testing is complete. Typical repair turnaround is 3 to 5 business days, with full rewinds taking 5 to 10 business days. Transit time is additional and depends on the carrier and destination. Quoted dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Inspect all deliveries on arrival. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork and photograph the packaging and unit. Report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery so a carrier claim can be filed in time.
